1. DEFINITIONS
“Supplier”, “we”, “us” refers to IM INDUSTRY SUPPLY LTD.
“Customer”, “you” refers to any business purchasing goods or services from us.
“Goods” means powder coating equipment, systems, parts, or related services supplied by us.
“Contract” means the agreement formed when we confirm acceptance of your order in writing.
2. APPLICATION
These Terms apply to all quotations, sales, invoices, deliveries, website use and service interactions.
No other terms apply unless agreed in writing by an authorised director of IM INDUSTRY SUPPLY LTD.
3. QUOTATIONS & ORDERS
Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Orders are accepted only when confirmed by us in writing.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring accuracy of order information.
4. PRICE & PAYMENT
Prices are exclusive of VAT, duties and delivery costs unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made per invoice terms. Late payments may attract interest at statutory rates.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery or collection.
6. INSTALLATION
Installation may be offered as an additional service where contracted in writing.
Where the Customer undertakes installation, IM INDUSTRY SUPPLY LTD accepts no liability for improper
installation or resulting performance issues.
7. WARRANTY
Goods are warranted compliant with applicable law or manufacturer terms.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or wear-and-tear.
8. AFTER SALES SUPPORT & SPARE PARTS
We provide technical support and after-sales service.
Spare parts are not stored in the UK and may be subject to lead time and shipping cost.9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business interruption losses.
Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where unlawful to exclude.
10. RETENTION OF TITLE
Ownership remains with IM INDUSTRY SUPPLY LTD until full payment is received.
11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer must ensure correct installation conditions, compliance with regulations, and safe operation.

13. DATA & PRIVACY
